Dance OH5 Conference

The annual Dance OH5 Conference brings together dance students and faculty from the Five Colleges of Ohio for a day of workshops and performances. The inaugural one-day dance gathering was held at Oberlin College in February 2014. Over 60 students and faculty participated, thanks to the efforts of the five dance department chairs. The successful program provided opportunities for students and faculty to share work, exchange ideas, and become acquainted as colleagues. Prior to this event, consortium dance faculty had never met as a group. Students were able to dance together in workshops offered by faculty, socialize, perform for each other, and engage in student-led discussions.
