Sarah Stone was appointed Executive Director of the Five Colleges of Ohio in 2017 following a 35-year career in higher education program development and fundraising. Stone (formerly Sarah Kahrl) served as Kenyon’s vice president for college relations from 2004-2014, where she oversaw Kenyon’s external and alumni relations, development, publications, and media. She led the successful “We Are Kenyon” campaign, which surpassed its goal in 2011, raising $240 million and earning the Council for Aid and Support of Education (CASE) award for overall fundraising achievement for Kenyon, one of four colleges internationally to receive this designation. From 2014-17, Stone led the development of the Kenyon Institute, an array of writing programs for professionals, now part of the Kenyon Review and held the dual role of Senior Advisor to the President for Strategic Initiatives, providing assistance to collegiate planning and development programs. Prior to her tenure at Kenyon, Stone developed annual and capital campaigns for a decade as vice president for advancement and also served as interim president at CAPA, a multi-state arts and entertainment presenter based in Columbus, Ohio. Stone received a B.A, in English Literature and Theatre from Smith College in 1979 and is a member of the Board of Directors of the Association for Collaborative Leadership.

Clint Baker brings significant experience in managing automated work management systems and projects to the Ohio Five consortium. He served as Facilities Logistics Manager at Kenyon College from 2013 to the present, overseeing the implementation of two computerized maintenance management systems, developing a comprehensive asset management program and serving as system administrator for Kenyon’s time and labor management systems.  He serves in the US Army as a Supply Sergeant, maintaining an inventory of $15 million in government property and managing ordering and distribution of parts and supplies using automated logistics systems and government credit cards, twice receiving honors as “Logistical Hero” for his efforts.  Baker holds a MBA from Western Governor’s University and a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Resource and Technology Management.

Jacob Heil, Digital Scholarship Librarian and Director of CoRE at The College of Wooster, assumes leadership of the Five Colleges of Ohio’s Collaborative for Digital Engagement and Experience (CODEX) project, beginning in June 2021. While maintaining his current position at Wooster, Jacob will lead the CODEX project during its first phase funded by The William and Flora Hewlett Foundation through June 2024.

As the College of Wooster's Digital Scholarship Librarian and the Director of its Collaborative Research Environment (CoRE), Jacob Heil partners with library colleagues, faculty, and students to explore digital technologies and resources for teaching and research. Previously, Jacob was the Mellon Digital Scholar for the Ohio Five, working with librarians and faculty across the five colleges to help small, often interdepartmental teams to imagine, plan, and develop digital pedagogical projects.

He is a graduate from the University of Virginia, where he also received a master’s degree in English Literature. He earned a Ph.D. in English Literature from Texas A & M, where he also served as Project Manager for Texas A & M’s Early Modern OCR Project (eMOP).  Jacob’s work on digital projects and communities of practice has extended nationally as well, as he helped to establish and develop the Institute for Liberal Arts Digital Scholarship (ILiADS).

Christine Kimball is the Director of Strategic Procurement for The Five Colleges of Ohio, Inc. The first to fill the role created by the consortium in 2012, Christine is responsible for strategic procurement collaboration, the development of consortial contracts, and the implementation of cost saving initiatives for the member institutions. In addition, she manages the consortial web-based eprocurement system, which streamlines the procurement and accounts payable processes for the colleges and the consortium.  

Prior to joining the Ohio Five, Christine spent six years in information technology, supporting business systems at The Ohio State University. She has twenty years of procurement experience working in higher education, healthcare and Fortune 500 companies. She has served as a supply-chain optimization advisor for the University Healthsystem Consortium, as an academic medical center representative to the Inter-University Council of Ohio, and is a member of multiple local and national procurement associations. She earned her B.S. in Business Administration at Ohio Dominican University.

Matt McNemar joined The Five Colleges of Ohio in June of 2016 as the part-time Library Web Services Assistant. In July of 2018, his role was expanded to a full-time position. He is responsible for maintaining the MARC records for the consortium’s electronic resources, and serves as first-tier technical support for library circulation and for the shared cataloging system (Sierra/CONSORT).

Prior to his position with The Five Colleges of Ohio, Matt spent a number of years in the insurance industry. During his experience adjusting claims, Matt developed strong relationship-building skills and excelled in conflict resolution. His technical aptitude made him a valuable resource, and he was often recruited to help develop training programs and process improvement initiatives.

Tracy Rudisill comes to the Ohio Five with a decade of experience in financial aid administration and advising at Cuyahoga Community College and the Medina Career Center, where she also helped develop and implement data systems, assisted in institutional accreditation and online education programs, and served as a liaison to county, state, and federal agencies and as a Veterans Administration School Certifying Official. She has twenty years experience in private sector bookkeeping and operations, serving as business coordinator for a northeast Ohio construction company and as Account Manager, Financial Systems Analyst, and Financial Specialist at American Greetings Corporation.  She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Ashland University.
