Lindsey Interlante was appointed Executive Director of the Five Colleges of Ohio in July 2022.  Prior to joining the Ohio Five, Interlante spent nearly eight years leading the Colonial Academic Alliance, a consortium academically linking ten universities.  In this role, Interlante completely revitalized the Alliance, implementing the Innovate/Collaborate (IN/CO) Grant Program to drive academic innovation and experiential learning.  Before joining the Alliance, Interlante gained significant professional experience in institutional effectiveness and strategic analysis at a statewide community college system, a comprehensive research university, and a national higher education association.  She also managed the $20 million grant program of the New Jersey Highlands Council, supporting work in agricultural land preservation and protection of water resources in Northern New Jersey.  Interlante holds a Ph.D. in Urban Affairs & Public Policy (2022) and MPA (2005) from University of Delaware, an MA in Geography (2010) from Arizona State University, and a BS in Business Administration from The College of New Jersey (2005).

Spencer Lamm joined the Ohio Five in January 2022 as the Director of Consortial Library Systems.  He oversees CONSORT, the multi-college integrated library system, and provide leadership for library technology, consortial relationships, and multi-institution projects. With 15 years of experience in academic and research settings, Spencer has worked with an array of systems and content types including print and electronic library collections, digital archives and special collections, and most recently, biomedical research data.  Spencer has established and led teams at Swarthmore College and the Tri-College Library Consortium, Drexel University, and the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP).  At the Tri-Colleges, he founded and chaired the Tri-College Technology Advisory Group, which was charged with defining and managing the overall vision for the shared library technology of Bryn Mawr, Haverford, and Swarthmore.

Spencer is a graduate of the University of Washington in Seattle where he received both a BA in History and a Masters in Library and Information Science.

Matt McNemar joined The Five Colleges of Ohio in June 2016 as the part-time Library Web Services Assistant. In July 2018, his role was expanded to a full-time position. He is responsible for maintaining the MARC records for the consortium’s electronic resources, and serves as first-tier technical support for library circulation and for the shared cataloging system (Sierra/CONSORT).

Prior to his position with The Five Colleges of Ohio, Matt spent a number of years in the insurance industry. During his experience adjusting claims, Matt developed strong relationship-building skills and excelled in conflict resolution. His technical aptitude made him a valuable resource, and he was often recruited to help develop training programs and process improvement initiatives.

Megan Mitchell, Academic Engagement & Digital Initiatives Coordinator at Oberlin College, was named Program Director of the Collaborative for Digital Engagement and Experience (CODEX), as of May 15, 2022.  While maintaining her current position at Oberlin, Megan leads the CODEX project during its first phase funded by The William and Flora Hewlett Foundation through June 2024. 

As Oberlin’s Academic Engagement & Digital Initiatives, Megan works with faculty, students, and library and archives staff on creating digital collections, curating online exhibitions, and other projects using a variety of open source platforms.  She has been an active member of the Five Colleges of Ohio Library subcommittees for Digital Collaboration and Digital Stewardship, and she has co-created and presented a number of workshops for faculty on digital scholarship tools.  She is currently a member of the steering committee of Institute for Liberal Arts Digital Scholarship (ILiADS).  Prior to working in Digital Initiatives, Megan was a Reference & Instruction Librarian at Oberlin.  She earned her MLS at Rutgers University, MA in Art History at Case Western Reserve University, and BA in English and Women’s Studies at the University of Richmond.

Lindsay Ramge was named the Director of Strategic Procurement in September 2022. She spent 12 years with Wright State University, most recently as Associate Director, Contract Services where she developed, implemented policies and procedures for contract management and procurement, created and executed RFPs and RFQs as well as negotiated favorable terms for the University.  Lindsay’s previous role at Wright State University was as a Strategic Sourcing Analyst, where she focused on the data analysis of University spend for the purpose of identifying areas for opportunities for cost reduction. She was also adjunct faculty for Supply Chain Management.  Previous to Wright State University, she worked for BAE Systems as a Senior Financial Analyst, where she ensured compliance with the FARS/DARS regulations, lead and participated in purchasing and contract audits.

Lindsay earned a Master’s in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from Wright State University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Wright State University.

Tracy Rudisill joined the Ohio Five in February 2021.  She brings a decade of experience in financial aid administration and advising at Cuyahoga Community College and the Medina Career Center, where she also helped develop and implement data systems, assisted in institutional accreditation and online education programs, and served as a liaison to county, state, and federal agencies and as a Veterans Administration School Certifying Official. She has twenty years experience in private sector bookkeeping and operations, serving as business coordinator for a northeast Ohio construction company and as Account Manager, Financial Systems Analyst, and Financial Specialist at American Greetings Corporation.  She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Ashland University.
