Job Description:
The College of Wooster is seeking an Administrative Coordinator in the Center for Diversity Equity and Inclusion (CDI). This position manages the office functions of the Center for Diversity Equity and Inclusion. This includes supporting the CDI with program and event coordination, assisting the Assistant Director to the CDEIO in monitoring department budgets, equipment and office supply purchasing, conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, directing visitors and calls, performing clerical functions, editing content for department web sites, supervising student assistants, and processing contracts. The Administrative Coordinator is responsible for directly supporting the CDI Directors and staff, as needed. Carries out these duties as the primary clerical/administrative staff member for the CDI.
