Under User Accounts, select Authorizations and Authentication.

Within the Full Name field, enter the 3-letter code for the school and the employee’s full name (e.g. “WOO John Public”).
-
In the Password and Confirm Password fields, enter a temporary password that the employee will use to sign in for the first time. Note: the password is limited to 8 characters.

The remaining fields in the Create New User section can be left in the default status.
-
Click SAVE at the bottom right.
